Hiring Inside Sales Executive
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The role involves generating leads, connecting with potential customers, and closing sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online channels
- Understand customer needs and pitch suitable products/services
- Maintain daily sales pipeline and CRM updates
- Follow up with prospects to close deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams for lead conversion
Requirements:
- 1–4 years of experience in inside sales / telesales / B2B sales
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable with targets and performance-driven roles
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
