We are seeking a result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth, generate new opportunities, and expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and online channels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams for deal closure and execution
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Requirements:

  • 2–6 years of experience in business development / sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Experience in B2B/B2C sales preferred
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
