Hiring Business Development Manager (BDM)
We are seeking a result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth, generate new opportunities, and expand our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and online channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations
- Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for deal closure and execution
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Requirements:
- 2–6 years of experience in business development / sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed targets
- Experience in B2B/B2C sales preferred
